Range Creek is a community woven in and through the home sites and natural floodways in existence today.   It is these existing structures and natural systems that provide opportunity to design a series of smaller sub districts within the overall community.  Central green spaces promote the unified layout for each community and bolster the City of Justin’s desire to become an Arbor City and a Flag City.  The master plan links these smaller sub districts through an overall network of green open spaces and trails, emphasizing the preservation of trees along the floodway edges to promote a sustainable neighborhood.   Central median islands were added to the proposed arterials through the project, further spotlighting the City’s work towards arbor awareness.
