On August 22, 2023, the Town of Prosper Town Council voted 7-0 to pass the rezoning for Pradera, a  34-acre mixed-use development along the Dallas North Tollway. It’s been a 15 month journey for the design team of Talson Design, BOKA Powell Architects, Manhard Consulting and Cornerstone Projects Group working alongside our client, Orion Real Estate Capital and the Town of Prosper to see the successful approval of this project.  The project mix includes townhomes, a condominium tower, boutique hotel, modern office and high density residential.
